How it works

Paste the text into a text field.

Tap Summarize or Bullet Points.

Use the short version.

Summarize shortens a long text to its main points. Bullet Points lists the key facts. Both work in a text field, so you can summarize a note before you share it.

TypeKey works on the text around your cursor, about a long paragraph or two at a time.

TypeKey sends the text in the field you're typing in to our server only when you tap an action, encrypted, to create your result. AI actions need Full Access for the keyboard. iOS asks for it once, when you turn the keyboard on.

Questions

How long can the text be?

About a long paragraph or two at a time. For longer documents, summarize them in parts.

Can I get bullet points?

Yes, tap Bullet Points to get the key facts as a list.

Does it summarize my messages automatically?

No. TypeKey only works when you tap an action, on the text in your field.

What does it cost?

Free to download, with in-app purchases. Prices are shown in the App Store.
